SUMMARY This position is responsible for reviewing and coordinating repairs with our regional dealership network for our Class A, B, C and towable Vanleigh line of luxury products.

At times, this position requires significant statewide travel within the covered region to include overnight stays. Almost always home on the weekend.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Visiting dealerships and interacting with sales and service staff to strengthen dealer relationships.
• Establish timely appointments needed for accessing of repairs and completing such repairs.
• Inspection of new dealer inventory and retail sold product and preparing necessary reporting to Tiffin management and facilities.
• Mitigate claims & repairs by working with dealers & Tiffin Service.
• Maintain internal Tiffin documents & reports.
• Ability to resolve problems with minimum supervision.
• Occasionally acting as a technician in the field or at Tiffin rallies.
• Attend training as needed to maintain product knowledge. Usually in Red Bay, AL.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience in the RV Industry
• Basic Computer skills *some experience in SAP, WORD, & EXCEL are helpful.
• Strong dispute resolution skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• A valid Driver License with an acceptable driving record and live in proximity to a commercial airport.

Willingness to accept direction from management.
