Reports to: Compliance Manager
Job Summary: The Compliance Coordinator will provide support to the Compliance Manager with Recall and Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) administration and reporting, coordinate mailings, and communication with dealers and customers. Compliance Coordinator will maintain master files of all Recalls and TSBs.

Job Summary: The Compliance Coordinator will provide support to the Compliance Manager with Recall and Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) administration and reporting, coordinate mailings, and communication with dealers and customers. Compliance Coordinator will maintain master files of all Recalls and TSBs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Opens files for new Recalls and TSBs.
- Files Recalls with Transport Canada (TC).
- Assigns internal Recall and TSB numbers.
- Drafts Recall letters and instructions.
- Drafts TSB letters and instructions.
- Maintains Recall and TSB Master Log.
- Mailing of Recall and TSB letters and instructions.
- Answers emails or other correspondence related to Recalls or TSBs.
- Pulls VOQs from NHTSA’s website.
- Maintains VOQ Master Log.
- Tracking of Recall completion rates for potential re-notification.
- Works with Thor Industries Corporate Compliance on Recall completion rates.
- Assists with SAP claim analysis.
- Assists with creating reports to analyze data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Some periods of standing or moving in and out of motorhomes and walking the production line.
