Title: Parts Agent
FLSA: Non Exempt
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Purpose:
A Parts Agent is responsible for managing large amounts of inbound parts calls. Responsible for identifying customers’ needs, clarifying order information, research and identity parts accurately to provide expedient service to the customers.
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Taking and processing customers orders for parts
- Assuring processes are accurately completed
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work individually and on teams
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Lift and/or pull up to 25 pounds
- Work in a fast pace repetitive environment-climbing, walking, twisting, etc.
- Willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and standards
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
- Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized; and perform all job duties
