Summary of Position

• Creates a world-class customer experience by providing excellent customer service and selling through customer engagement

• Upholds company standards for merchandise presentation of the best apparel and brands
• Operates and maintains assigned point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
• Maintains a high level of integrity and honesty
• Responsible for cash handling procedures and protecting all company inventory and assets
• Maintains store appearance and stockroom organization, prices merchandise, stocks and replenishes shelves, and builds visual displays
• Performs shipping duties
• Performs cleaning and minor maintenance duties
• Works in a safe manner
• Adheres to and upholds confidentiality, policies, and procedures

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• A brand advocate who brings passion, energy, drive, and positivity into all customer, co-worker, and leadership interactions  
• A coachable, goal-oriented individual who demonstrates enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in a respectful manner
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel to rallies and events if necessary
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Basic Computer skills are preferred
• General math and calculation skills are required
• Ability to stand, twist, squat, climb a ladder, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
