This is where you come in… We are excited to add a great Project Manager to our Human Resource Team!

This new position will be a critical component of Human Resources and the business of producing luxury RV’s and products.

Purpose

Working with Human Resources and other functions, completes project work including but not limited to mining data in producing metrics and analytics. This position will act as the primary resource for HR Management Systems and serves as a backup for weekly payroll processing

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze data, information and workflow to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Human Resources across multiple locations to create process flow and reporting to optimize and improve our business.
  • This position plans, manages and executes complex improvement initiatives and evaluates the impact of improvement efforts.
  • Manage and execute improvement projects supporting Human Resources in an effort to achieve its goal of functional improvement.
  • Responsible for various projects and work streams that support the delivery of Human Resources strategy.
  • Leads complex projects that often involve multiple stakeholders.
  • Working at the direction of HR and Operations, coordinates improvement projects and required change management.
  • Ensure process improvements are transferred across the company to maximize benefits.
  • Report regularly on project status in order to promptly identify potential areas of risk or conflict.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with a demonstrated experience performing Project Manager or Analytics.
  • Advanced to expert proficiency in MS Office suite (specifically Excel); including MS Visio.
  • PMP certification and experience with ADP Workforce a plus
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work remote a minimum of 20% of the time.
